To coordinate, write and deliver as printed a full-bound publication, a prefeasibility report for one of Yancoal's Australian mines.
Yancoal engaged Angela via their Newcastle (AU) operations to liaise with up to 18 different stakeholders who were intermittently submitting content for their relative chapters. There was a combination of different writing styles along with level of depth of information which was presenting as inconsistent.
Angela was asked to wordsmith the content, liaise with individual stakeholders to enhance their submissions and ensure the financial analysis component was complete.
The final document was to be presented as a formally printed document for external submissions, and wire-bound for internal copies.
Extracting content from subject matter experts (SMEs) involved diplomatic tact with some who were difficult to not only contact, but not forthcoming with the information.
The ability to build rapport and support the process by breaking it down as to the expectations and timelines, enabled the momentum to be preserved. There was a lot of time spent driving the project forwards in order to meet the strict deadline for submission of the final product back to the Chinese head office.
Our team finalised the content component, undertook the complete design layout of the report, and printed the final copies.
We produced a complete full-service delivery of the 124-page mine pre-feasibility report within the required timeframe.
