We not only provide our clients with professional translation services in every language combination, but we also provide project management that handles everything from translation pricing and planning to final delivery. The majority of our business comes from long standing clients who are satisfied with our competitive prices and friendly and efficient service.

Our Translation Process

In order to deliver a high quality result for corporate, technical and financial document translations, it is imperative that we undertake a methodical process which we project manage for you. Our project delivery service is made up of three essential phases and these are further defined below:
  • Phase 1:  Translation Project Management Review
  • Phase 2:  Translation Performed by NAATI Accredited Translator
  • Phase 3:  Internal Translator Peer Review

Phase 1:  Review

Often when a document is provided by a Client, it may not 'read' in such a way that is going to readily translate into the required language, and this needs to be considered at the start of any project. On occasion, we have needed to 'tweak' the copy so this does not become an issue later in the project. The Translation Project Manager is responsible for this review and is, therefore, in a position to assist and/or guide the translators accordingly.

Phase 2: Translation

Translations are carried out by NAATI accredited translators and are quality guaranteed. They are accepted by all levels of governments in Australasia and around the world, including DIAC, DFAT, law enforcement agencies, courts and tribunals. (Apostiles are available if required).

Phase 3: Peer Review

The translation peer review is undertaken by another accredited translator (or team) and they consider the consistency of language throughout, any potential grammatical or spelling errors, and use of terminology. The editors will reference the source text, paragraph-by-paragraph, to make sure no text has been skipped over or meaning lost during the initial step of the translation process. This phase is very important as it provides an opportunity to 'polish' the document; particularly for in-depth technical reports, policies and procedures.

Time Frames For Delivery

This will depend on the size of your documents or project overall, but as a guide:
  • General delivery - within 10 business days
  • Document up to 10 pages - 3 business days
  • Document up to 20 pages - 5 business days

* A surcharge is available for urgent turnaround projects outside of these times. Costs A Proposal will be submitted and approved prior to commencing of any work. Key considerations will include:
  • The size of the documents(s) and/or overall project requirements
  • The number of figures, tables or diagrams within the materials
  • Required time frame for delivery
  • Collaborative processes for obtaining source documents (i.e. numerous stakeholders both locally and internationally)
  • Any changes required to English source documents discovered during Phase 1: Review
