About your transcription
When transcribing audio, there are a number of components which add to the difficulty in the process; such as how many different people are being recorded and the recognition of those voices; how clear the individuals are speaking; and how far away from the recording device individuals are sitting or presenting.
We produce highly accurate MS-Word transcriptions in alignment with the quality of audio received; good quality in, good quality out.

About our transcription team
Our in-house typing pool consists of experienced, fast and accurate typists who are ready for your next virtual audio-typing assignment. Our client list is extensive and includes individuals, small businesses and government departments.
Our pricing - transparent and simple
Clear and succinct - we know that's how you like it. So, our fees are based on a per audio minute and are $1.90 for a single speaker and $2.90 for multiple speakers.
Invoicing and payment
Many of our clients are regulars so have set up business accounts with us. That means all you need do is upload your audio file and we get to work on it for you. For established clients, we invoice on the 15th and 30th of the month with a 14-day payment term. Otherwise, for casual clients, payment is expected upon delivery.
